  • UMatter Workshop

  • The UMatter Teen Leadership Program is all about empowering teens (YOU!) to become Mental Health Advocates and learn how to actively support others. Each session features inspiring speakers, hands-on activities, and meaningful discussions, making it a dynamic and fun learning experience.

Gain tips and strategies to actively support your friend or peer struggling, in a healthy and safe way:

    • At what point does stress become unhealthy?
    • What do I practically do if my friend is bullied?
    • What is the Jewish approach to emotional health?
    • And more topics, exploring mental health challenges how to break the stigma.

This program is also a valuable leadership initiative that can be highlighted on your college resume, showcasing your leadership, advocacy, and community impact. You have the power to lead change!
